Why I Garden at Sunrise
- Fewer distractions
- Softer light for spotting pests
- Peaceful, meditative atmosphere
Watering in the morning helps prevent fungal issues because the sun dries excess moisture throughout the day. It also gives you a chance to observe subtle changes — a new bud, a chewed leaf, or that first tomato finally turning red.
Gardening isn’t about perfection. It’s about patience.
If you’re just starting out, begin small. A single raised bed or even a few pots can be enough. The goal isn’t to grow everything — it’s to grow something.
Beginner Tip
Keep a simple garden journal. Write down:
- What you planted
- When you watered
- Any changes you notice
Over time, patterns start to emerge — and that’s when gardening becomes truly rewarding.
